Andrew Mensik

Beloved son of Julie Mensik. Beloved brother of Madeline, Katie, and Olivia Perez. Beloved grandson of Chuck and Penny Mensik. Beloved nephew of Pamela Teran, Rebecca and Reza Adhitiya, and Steven Mensik. Beloved cousin of Tim and Jessica Teran. Beloved friend to Rascal, Snowy, Roxy, Sampson, and Molly. Andrew served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged when he was 21. His life and military experiences made the world a difficult place for Andrew to feel safe. He loved his family deeply and while we will miss him terribly, we understand his choice to end his life. We will honor the beautiful person we knew with a celebration of life service to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Shepherd's Community Church, 505 Courtney Way, Lafayette, CO 80026.
