Andrea Hammer

Andrea Hammer, 42, passed away at her home in Aurora, CO after a courageous 12-year battle with colon cancer and its complications. She has now joined her mother. She was born Andrea Nesheim to Ervin and Loretta Nesheim on October 15, 1970 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She has touched many lives with her kindness and support. She has passed on her courage to her friends and family, and will live on in their lives and memories.
She is survived by companion Laurie Hill; father and step-mother Erv and DeMaris Nesheim; brothers Daniel, Dennis, and Travis Nesheim; step-children Liz Steve Tiger, Steph Hammer, Jacob Hammer, Randi Geffre, and Spencer Geffre; granddaughters Kiera Stark, Nora Zephier, and Catherine Tiger; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother Loretta Nesheim.
A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 pm Monday, July 22, 2013 at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 1091 South Colorado Boulevard, Denver.
