Allen Kirby

Allen Frank Kirby was born on Tuesday, July 30, 1957 in Akron, Ohio where he was raised.  He relocated to Albuquerque 42 years ago where he worked in auto parts for many years.  He passed away on Monday, January 27, 2020, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

He was preceded in death by his father, Allen Franklin Kirby Sr. and his twin sisters, Alcyon and Lenee Kirby.

He is survived by his two daughters, Lynette and LeeAnn Kirby; his four grandsons, Enrique, Dominic, Isaiah, and Issac; his mother, Alcyon McMains; and his siblings, Leslie Kirby, Marilyn McCrary, Mike McCrary, and Marlene Carney.

Allen loved hunting, fishing, and the Cleveland Browns.  He was a good friend and very loyal.  Most of all, he loved the Lord.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

"His Grace is sufficient for me, for His Power is made perfect in my weakness.  When I am weak, He makes me strong."  2 Corinthians 12:9-10.

Memorial services will be held on March 14, 2020, 1:00 pm, at the Mountain Springs Baptist Church, 10110 Constitution Ave. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87112.
